What we collect
When you sign up, we store your email and (optionally) your name and company. When you upload a bill, we store the PDF and the structured data extracted from it.
How we use bills
Uploaded bills are processed by our AI auditor solely to generate your audit report. We mask phone numbers and account numbers in our database (last 4 digits only).
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use sub-processors (Supabase for storage; OpenRouter routing to Google Gemini for bill parsing) under their respective DPAs.
Retention
You can delete any audit at any time. Deleting your account removes all associated bills and reports.
